Ohio County Public Library Explores Library of Things Program

The Ohio County Public Library is excited to announce they're beginning to explore building a Library of Things collection! The Library of Things will include items such as games, technology tools, musical instruments, and arts and crafts kits. Whether you want to try something new before you purchase or just need to use something one time, our Library of Things will be a great place to start. Explore opportunities to learn, fix or create.

It is the hope of the Ohio County Public Library that the Library of Things will be a new and exciting way for the community to engage with the library! It is the mission of the Ohio County Public Library to, "...provide free and equal access to resources that assist our community in the pursuit of knowledge, information, education, research, and recreation which promotes an enlightened citizenry, encourages lifelong learning, and enriches the quality of life." The Library of Things will help continue this mission.
