From the early leaders of Wheeling following Ebenezer Zane's 1769 tomahawk rights laying claim to the area, to the 1806 founding of the Town of Wheeling, to the 1836 transition to the City of Wheeling, Erin Rothenbuehler will discuss changes in and forgotten facts about governing bodies and politics of Wheeling.
