Library Card Artist Submission 2023

The Ohio County Public Library is looking to commission multiple local artists to create art pieces that will be printed onto new OCPL library cards as well as additional in-house marketing materials such as bookmarks, stickers, welcome brochures, and print marketing. The proposal form that is linked below includes questions such as your preferred art medium, a proposed color palette, and a description of your proposed piece so that we may get an idea of what you plan to create. Submissions must be based around one of Wheeling Heritage’s Themes of History and Development, and we recommend keeping in mind that this project is mainly to adorn our library cards...and that we love books and bookshelves!
