Unearth a Story with Summer Reading

The Ohio County Public Library’s Summer Reading Program is held annually for all ages during the summer months. Every year, themed displays, prize giveaways, and special programs are planned to encourage patrons, young and old, to read as many books as possible throughout the summer.

This year's summer reading theme is "Unearth a Story"! Register at the library and receive your summer reading program ticket, welcome packet,  or bookmark log to begin.

Summer Reading offers fun for all ages, from birth to 100 years old. There are stories to read, things to learn, and a good time to be had for all!

Join us for the Summer Reading Kick-Off Carnival on June 6th for the official start to Kids Summer Reading.  Adult Summer Reading starts June 3rd with the first program, Unearth the Earth's Bounty.
