John Vacha of Case Western Reserve University speaks at Lunch With Books at the Ohio County Public Library on the case of Lucy Bagby, one of the last slaves returned under the Fugitigve Slave Law. Here you can see the Custom House in Cleveland where Ms. Babgy was held. The building is almost identical to Wheeling's Independnce Hall. Both were designed by Ammi B. Young.
